The newly engaged track star uploaded a pic on her social media account, showing off her strength and firm glutes while lifting a giant barbell at the gym. The must-see pic is proof that this athlete is one to watch out for.

Lifting 70 Pounds

In an Instagram post, Tara demonstrated just how focused she is when working out at the gym. The athlete was in "beast mode" and lifted a 70-pound barbell easily off the ground.

Sporting stylish activewear that fit her body perfectly, her arm muscles and glutes were activated during the lift. Boyfriend Hunter Woodhall was nearby and couldn't help but give his girl an impressive glance.

Fans were naturally impressed with her strength and headed to the comments to give praises.

This exercise also strengthens and shapes the glutes and hamstrings, as well as the arms and back.

Running On Track

Aside from grinding at the gym, Tara also spends a lot of time running on the track. Even during the off-season when she isn't preparing for competitions or the Olympics, training is still a must to keep her muscles in good condition.

In their YouTube vlog, Hunter and Tara showed a typical day on the track and field. The two always train together and make sure to spice up their routines with a little goofiness and playful banter.

Training With Her Boyfriend

Showing their over 400k YouTube subscribers how D1 athletes train, the adorable couple headed to a nearby track to work their legs.

Tara started her workout with some dynamic stretching and silly dancing to make sure her muscles were all warmed up.

She proceeded to do several 400-meter sprints while her boyfriend Hunter was doing his own runs on the track and up the hill.

They finished their short but intense workout with ab exercises and cool-down routines. It was a brief track run but the lovebirds looked like they had so much fun!
