Japanese government phasing out floppy disks, but some users aren’t ready to say goodbye

Tucked away behind Mount Fuji is a small warehouse that might seem like a museum to ancient technology, but it’s actually a small business called PC Mishima that sells old computers and accessories. Some of its customers have even been government agencies, says owner Tomoharu Iguchi. The Japanese government has finally announced it is phasing out flopping disks from its official procedures, but Iguchi says his older clientele still aren’t prepared to let go.
