CARER’S ALLOWANCE claimants may see their payments affected due to a series of drastic rule changes. As a result of the pandemic, the way benefit recipients were assessed and delivered their payments was noticeably different due to social distancing measures. However, the Government is set to introduce rule changes to Carer’s Allowance as the country returns to some form of normality.
