Sharon Osbourne had a LOT to say about her abrupt departure on The Talk and her former friend and co-host Sheryl Underwood.

Osbourne guested on SiriusXM’s The Megan Kelly Show and she opened up about how the show handled the drama. She also had major tea to spill about Sheryl Underwood.

How The Whole Drama Started

In case you’ve already forgotten, here’s how the drama on The Talk started.

On the show’s March 10 episode, Osbourne defended friend Piers Morgan, who has been accused of being racist after verbally attacking Meghan Markle on his show Good Morning Britain.

Sheryl Underwood then challenged Osbourne’s sentiment, saying that it gives validation to Piers’ racist remarks.

Sharon teared up and said: "I very much feel like I’m about to be put in the electric chair because I have a friend, who many people think is a racist, so that makes me a racist?" she continued. "What does it gotta do with me?"

Sharon Has "Dirt" On Everyone

After the drama unfolded, Sharon was put on "permanent suspension with no pay". She apparently demanded who made this decision but no one would tell her.

"So I told them all what I felt about them all. I told them about some dirt that had gone on at the company that I knew about. And they were very afraid of me because I’m not afraid to say what I feel. And they just wanted me gone. Because when I started talking about things that had gone on on the show before, they got very, very nervous and just wanted me gone, which I can understand."

Sharon also claimed that Sheryl Underwood was problematic even before their on-air argument that producers had already complained about her to HR.

"Sheryl had three complaints about her from different producers about the way she treated them," Osbourne alleged.

"And so they called me and I said, ‘You cannot get rid of Sheryl. There is no way. She can’t take that. You just can’t do it.’ So they sent her to anger management."

"Weak Women" Destroyed Sharon Osbourne

Osbourne also dragged CBS executive Amy Reisenbach and the showrunners, saying that they are weak women who destroyed her career.

“I think that the showrunners were doing what Amy had told them to do. Weak, weak women, that didn’t have a backbone to turn around and say, ‘This is suicidal. We can’t do this,’” Sharon said.

“I told them I will never be able to get over this. It’s like, once you have that seed put on you, that you are a racist, it never goes away. I told them they destroyed me.”
