The socialite, rising cooking face, and 2000s "it" girl was chased by the paparazzi earlier this month as she joined singer Demi Lovato to splash the cash, and it was another head-turning look for Paris, who went super-leggy in a floaty and thigh-grazing minidress.

Paris, who has been making 2021 headlines for her February engagement to boyfriend Carter Reum and new Cooking With Paris reality show, stunned on streets while in her lime-green number – the dress, affording major and girly Barbie doll vibes, came with a cute and heart-shaped cut-out at the chest, plus two slits at the thigh.
Paris accessorized her dress with black ankle booties, plus snazzy matching gloves. Lime green shades kept things coordinated.

The BFF to Kim Kardashian, this year reuniting with the SKIMS founder on her cooking show, also donned a high ponytail, with former Disney star Demi definitely contrasting her – the "Sorry Not Sorry" singer wore tight black leggings, a massive plaid shirt, plus super-chunky platform boots.

Her Priorities Have Shifted
Paris, whose appearances on reality series The Simple Life big-time painted her as a material girl, might still rock the Louis Vuitton, but the hotel heiress has been opening up on her priorities shifting.
"I always saw money as freedom and independence, and not being controlled," she told the Just for Variety podcast. "And I think that’s why I just had that as my focus in life. And now that I am so incredibly happy and in love in my personal life I’m not really interested in billions anymore. I’m more interested in babies.”
Admits Being 'Childlike'
The girl who drops "That’s hot" comments and maintains a ditzy image is having the last laugh amid her rising empire – it’s not just fragrances for the mogul.
“I’m sick of people using me. I’m just not going to have negative people in my life anymore. I’ve wasted too much time having bad people in my life who were only trying to use me," Paris continued, then saying that she can "be a serious businesswoman when I’m in the boardroom and then I can also be fun and playful because I’m just very childlike.”
