Actor Alec Baldwin and weapons specialist Hannah Gutierrez Reed have been formally charged with involuntary manslaughter in the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on a New Mexico movie set, according to court documents filed by prosecutors Tuesday.
