Britains’s Crown Prosecution Service, which in 2022 authorized two charges of indecent assault against movie producter Harvey Weinstein, said Thursday there was ‘no longer a realistic prospect of conviction’ in the case. Weinstein, convicted in Los Angeles, also faces retrial in a New York case.
