In a recent short clip shared on her Instagram page, the 26-year-old looked ravishing and perfect in motion. The short clip featured her in a two-piece red and white string bikini with cherry prints. Just before the end of the video, she slipped on a pink shirt.
The fitness model looked amazing, displaying her toned abs, arms, sculpted legs, and firm glutes. Her blonde hair was packed up in a rough bun with some left to fall to her face as she walked in perfection on the beach, soaking up the sun.

Shred Or Bulk?Anne had an essential question for her 1.9 million Instagram followers. In another update, the fitness icon posed in a two-piece camo print bikini, flaunting her thick and toned glutes. The professional model's blond hair was left down while she gave a gorgeous smile at the camera, looking back like she was ascending the stairs.
In the caption of the post, she asked her fans if they preferred shred or bulk? Many fans were happy to air their opinion on the model's toned figure. One commented, "You look perfect just the way you are!" and another commented, "Either one, you look AWESOME."
Workout And TrainingCarriejune has been on the fitness track for a very long time. In high school, she joined the track and field team, cheerleading team, and gymnastics squad. When she became inspired to build more muscle and compete in fitness shows, she started working out with basic home equipment but later ditched it for serious weight-lifting.
Now, she works out six days a week, focusing on a muscle each day which could be; quad-focused leg day, back, shoulders, glute/ hamstring leg day, bis/ tris, then rest day. She started with an exercise on the muscle for the day, did heavy compound lifts, supersets with a rep-range of around 15, then isolation exercises.
Healthy NutritionThere were some competitions in which the fitness icon had to lean down. To do that, she would have two low carb days and then one high carb day. Her consistent meal was 3/ 4 cup of oats and egg whites in the morning. To gain an extra edge, she used pre-workout and whey protein when done with heavy workouts. Also, the use of fish oils and multivitamins kept her energy level up.
