Dr Michael Mosley: Lack of sleep can increase risk of Alzheimer’s disease – ‘Shocking’

“I COULD sleep anywhere, any place,” Dr Michael Mosley shared. “I remember I slept in a graveyard once, I slept in a telephone kiosk.” Unfortunately, this ability to doze off anywhere is now just a mere memory for the doctor. “Suddenly I’m waking up in the middle of the night at 3am, worrying about stuff,” he confessed. However, this lack of sleep that is familiar to far too many could increase the risk of health problems, including Alzheimer’s disease.
