ENID BLYTON’S The Magic Faraway Tree is no stranger to changes for political correctness, with the ‘offensive’ children’s names being changed, and now the story is undergoing another ‘woke’ rewrite. A new release from Tracy Beaker author Jacqueline Wilson will educate children about gender equality with the author admitting Blyton “wouldn’t be that thrilled” over all the gender-neutral changes.
