Giulio Cesare Glyndebourne Festival review: Handel’s opera hits all the right notes

Beautiful music and glaring historical anachronisms have never gone as well together as in David McVicar’s take on Handel’s Giulio Cesare. Even by Glyndebourne’s extraordinarily high standards, this production is a gloriously enjoyable triumph.
