5-Move Ab WorkoutThe 5-move ab workout the mother of one practiced most included a crescent moon hand walk with pushups and was to be repeated three to five times. The second entailed a foam roller palm roll-out which she did for thirty to sixty seconds. Followed by a foam roller knife-hand roll-out done for another thirty to sixty seconds. After that, a single-arm isolation plank was performed for thirty to sixty seconds. The last move was a lateral crawl sandbag drag which was repeated five to ten times.
