HOUSE PRICE growth rose to 6.5 percent in November, which is the highest rate since January 2015, according to Nationwide’s latest house price index. House prices have also risen by 0.9 percent month-on-month in November, showing how the housing market has remained robust despite the coronavirus pandemic. However, experts have warned of a “potential downturn” on the horizon as 2021 approaches.
