‘Rip off central’: Elderly drivers hit out after DVLA warning – ‘easy to pick on OAPs’

DRIVERS aged 70 and over are being hit in the pocket by unscrupulous companies looking to make a quick buck by charging extortionate premiums for simple DVLA services. Some elderly drivers have hit back at scammers targeting them.
