The "Wolves" singer and Rare Beauty founder definitely wasn’t a sweatpants vibe for her 265 million Instagram followers recently, sharing sizzling photos from her Elle feature and throwing out French vibes in a chic beret.

Gomez, who fronts sportswear giant PUMA and tends to be seen in the brand’s figure-flattering leggings and sneakers, had pulled out all the stops, here. The former Disney star looked Parisian as she folded her toned legs while in black fishnet stockings, also wearing a clingy and striped top, statement shades, and a bold and plumping lip color.
The animal-print beret added ritzy flourishes as Selena knocked the camera dead, with the star also switching out her dark locks for a beachy-waved blonde bob.

The kidney transplant survivor reflected on her inner strength amid hardships – both mental and physical, stating:
“My lupus, my kidney transplant, chemotherapy, having a mental illness, going through very public heartbreaks—these were all things that honestly should have taken me down."
“Every time I went through something, I was like, ‘What else? What else am I going to have to deal with? You’re going to help people,’" she added, confirming this is what had kept her "going" amid difficulty. More below.
‘Relief’ Over Bipolar Diagnosis
Gomez, who went to rehab in 2014 and, only years later, was diagnosed as bipolar, candidly stated:
"Yes, I struggle with mental health. I’ve been depressed, and I’ve had anxiety.” Speaking of her 2018 bipolar diagnosis, she added: “I felt a huge weight lifted off me when I found out. I could take a deep breath and go, ‘Okay, that explains so much.’ ”
Also open about their bipolar disorders are rapper Kanye West, singers Mariah Carey and Demi Lovato, plus actor Mel Gibson.
