Calvin Klein is no stranger to tapping big names in the industry for its campaigns, as we've seen in their ambassadors Kaia Gerber and Jung HoYeon. However, the fashion house outdid itself with this year's campaign pulling a superstar like Solange Knowles. The laidback R&B singer isn't one to stay in the media often, and she certainly keeps a low profile under the radar. However, CK was able to bring her out of her shell, and let's be the first to tell you it was worth the wait.
Throw It Back To The Nineties
She dressed in an all-white outfit consisting of branded CK underwear and white denim low-rise pants as she stood still in the middle of the ocean. The wind billows around her, blowing her long black curls around her face, and it reminds me of Cranes in The Sky and Slow. Just like Solange soothes us with her sonorous voice and music, her Calvin Klein campaign post knocked the ball out of the park.
In the second slide, the singer-songwriter relaxes in the water surrounded by beautiful women, and they all dress down to their Calvin. She ditches the triangle bra for a tight vest and full pants, enjoying the calm caress of the ocean around her.

The cool sunset weather reflects on Solange's body, highlighting her defined abs from her raised hands. The Calvin Klein cropped top she wore lifted with her tattoo-covered arms drawing your attention to her high-rise white thong. The thick band frames her hips and exposes her low pelvic tattoo as she closes her eyes to take in the moment.
All Together
Solange wasn't the only surprise act at the SS22 campaign. Calvin Klein also tapped Vince Staples, Euphoria star Dominic Fike, Nigerian Grammy Award Winner Burna Boy, and more for the multi-racial ad. According to the company's press release, the idea was,

Nigerian Afrobeat singer Burna Boy also joined the All Together campaign shot by celebrity videographer Melina Matsoukas. He posed shirtless, showing off his Calvin Klein underwear band in his low-waist dress pants. Burna Boy also had two unidentified men flanking him with their backs to the camera, although his tattoo-covered chest was on full display.
