STAR WARS boss Kathleen Kennedy has spoken out about the origins of Rey Skywalker in the sequel trilogy and noted how there were “a lot of ideas” being thrown around about her parentage – including a connection to Obi-Wan Kenobi. But she has now revealed why that idea was eventually “off the table”.
