Melissa Gorga, Teresa Giudice, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, Jackie Goldschneider, and Dolores Catania are returning to Bravo for season 12 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey — and they are doing so with at least one new cast member.
Although a number of housewives have came and went since the Bravo reality series’ May 2009 premiere, the six ladies have been appearing on the show since season nine and show no signs of slowing down.
But when will you meet the newbie, or newbies?
When is the Release Date of ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ Season 12?
Since filming on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 12 began in June and wrapped earlier this month, it seems likely that fans of the Bravo reality series will be hearing of a premiere date in the coming months.
As for when that premiere will be, it will probably fall sometime in late Winter or early Spring. That said, there’s really no way of knowing at this point in time as the network has not yet made any officially announcements.
Who is in the Cast of ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ Season 12?
In addition to Melissa Gorga, The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 12 will include Giudice, Gorga’s sister-in-law, who is the longest-running cast member of the show, as well as the only remaining original housewife from Season 1.
Goldschneider, Aydin, Catania, and Josephs will also be featured.
Traci Johnson, the wife of former NFL player Tiki Barber, will reportedly be featured as the show’s newest housewife.
"Tiki Barber’s wife Traci Lynn filmed with the cast at Margaret Josephs’ Pride party in Englewood, NJ on Tuesday night," an insider told The Sun in June. "The party was shot for season 12, Traci is being tested out to see how she fits in with the other women, she’s been filming scenes."
What is ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ Season 12 About?
Earlier this week, as she appeared in the audience of Watch What Happens Live alongside husband Joe Gorga, Melissa Gorga was questioned by host Andy Cohen about what The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 12 would be about. In response, she told him that the events of the season were "pretty crazy."
"I think we have some moments. There’s definitely big moments. I’m sure you heard about them," she teased, seemingly giving a nod to Giudice’s feuds with the other ladies.
Melissa Gorga Will Also Be Featured on ‘Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip’
Also during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Gorga spoke of her upcoming role on the Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip, which she filmed with several other Real Housewives cast members, including Kyle Richards, Cynthia Bailey, and Ramona Singer, earlier this year.
“[Kyle and I] had a lot of fun. We saw each other naked a couple of times. I’ve never seen more naked women in my life, especially Luann. I mean, straight up just walks up to you, has a conversation. I’m like, ‘I can’t focus.’ And she’s dead-serious. She doesn’t even flinch. Honestly, it’s amazing. It really is," she admitted.
