Tribunal dismisses legal claim from survivors of deadly bombing at an Ariana Grande concert

A legal claim against Britain’s domestic intelligence agency by more than 300 survivors of a deadly bombing at a 2017 Ariana Grande concert was rejected Friday by a special tribunal. Claimants waited too long to bring their case, the judge said.
