Vaccinated Canadians overseas frustrated that they were left out of new entry rules

Although the government says fully vaccinated Canadians may soon be allowed to skip the expensive initial hotel stay and 14-day entry quarantine when entering the country, that change appears to exclude Canadians living abroad who have been immunized with vaccines not approved by Health Canada.
