State pension could rise by £300 next year – but half a million to miss out

STATE PENSION is looks set to rise by almost £300 next year as inflation soars in the UK, but over half a million Britons will miss out on the additional income as their pension payments remain frozen. Retirees who moved abroad have often seen their pension income locked in place, falling in real value year-on-year as inflation continues to rise. The state pension currently looks on course to increase by more than three percent next year.
